Il profite donc de la moindre blessure pour se d\u00e9velopper.\u00a0Sa gestion en viticulture biologique passe avant tout par la pr\u00e9vention avec une bonne gestion de la prophylaxie : travaux en vert, contr\u00f4le de la vigueur (donc de la fertilisation) et raisonnement du travail du sol.\u00a0<\/span><\/h6>\n<p>A ce jour, bien que certains produits soient homologu\u00e9s AB contre le botrytis, d\u2019autres (non homologu\u00e9s) sont r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement utilis\u00e9s pour contr\u00f4ler cette maladie. Afin d\u2019optimiser l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de ces produits, souvent al\u00e9atoire, il est essentiel de ne pas n\u00e9gliger la pr\u00e9vention.<br \/>\nPlusieurs facteurs sont \u00e0 prendre en compte pour installer des mesures prophylactiques.<br \/>\n<strong>Le contr\u00f4le de la vigueur<br \/>\n<\/strong>Une vigueur excessive favorise le d\u00e9veloppement de maladies et l\u2019entassement du v\u00e9g\u00e9tal.<br \/>\nLa r\u00e9flexion doit d\u00e9buter d\u00e8s la plantation, afin de faire le bon choix du mat\u00e9riel v\u00e9g\u00e9tal (porte-greffe et clone) pour \u00e9viter une vigueur excessive. La vigueur peut se g\u00e9rer en adaptant son mode de taille (\u00e9quilibrer la charge), ses apports de fertilisants en tenant compte des besoins du v\u00e9g\u00e9tal, des objectifs de production et de la gestion du travail du sol.<br \/>\n<strong>L\u2019a\u00e9ration du v\u00e9g\u00e9tal<br \/>\n<\/strong>Une v\u00e9g\u00e9tation entass\u00e9e privil\u00e9gie un microclimat chaud et humide propice au d\u00e9veloppement du botrytis. Il est donc imp\u00e9ratif de mettre en \u0153uvre des mesures favorisant l\u2019a\u00e9ration du feuillage et des grappes. Cela se pr\u00e9voit d\u00e8s l\u2019hiver (taille, liage\u2026) puis lors des travaux en vert (\u00e9bourgeonnage, palissage, rognage ni trop large ni trop pr\u00e8s des grappes, effeuillage pr\u00e9coce c\u00f4t\u00e9 soleil levant\u2026). De nombreux essais d&rsquo;effeuillage pr\u00e9coce ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9s par les GDV champenois et ont souvent montr\u00e9 de bons r\u00e9sultats.<br \/>\nCes op\u00e9rations facilitent aussi le passage des engins et am\u00e9liorent l&rsquo;application des produits de protection. Cette piste est non n\u00e9gligeable pour diminuer leur utilisation par l&rsquo;optimisation de leur efficacit\u00e9.<br \/>\n<strong>Les produits alternatifs\u00a0: des aides parfois int\u00e9ressantes<br \/>\n<\/strong>Des essais sont men\u00e9s sur les produits homologu\u00e9s AB contre le botrytis mais les r\u00e9f\u00e9rences restent peu nombreuses et les r\u00e9sultats obtenus sont tr\u00e8s variables. Ainsi, un produit est efficace une ann\u00e9e et ne l&rsquo;est plus la suivante. En effet, certains \u00e9tant compos\u00e9s de bact\u00e9ries, leur efficacit\u00e9 est d\u00e9pendante des conditions d&rsquo;application pour favoriser leur bonne installation (temp\u00e9rature, humidit\u00e9 relative\u2026).<br \/>\nEn conclusion, la prophylaxie est un pr\u00e9alable indispensable \u00e0 la protection du vignoble. Une intervention n&rsquo;est justifi\u00e9e que si cela n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 suffisant pour contenir la maladie.
