Pour rappel, il est soumis \u00e0 une obligation de r\u00e9sultats en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (il doit obligatoirement atteindre ces r\u00e9sultats sous peine de voir sa responsabilit\u00e9 engag\u00e9e).<br \/>\nDans le DUER (Document unique d\u2019\u00e9valuation des risques professionnels) l\u2019int\u00e9gration du risque de fortes chaleurs et les mesures pr\u00e9ventives\/ correctives doivent \u00eatre incluses.<br \/>\nConcr\u00e8tement, ci-dessous, quelques exemples de mesures pr\u00e9ventives pour remplir cette obligation et ainsi supporter du mieux possible ces vagues de chaleur avec ses salari\u00e9s\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adapter, dans la mesure du possible, les horaires et le poste de travail (d\u00e9but\u00e9 plus t\u00f4t, supprimer le travail de l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi, diminuer le port de charges, etc\u2026.). En la mati\u00e8re, cela rel\u00e8ve du pouvoir de direction de l\u2019employeur\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Organiser des pauses suppl\u00e9mentaires et\/ ou plus longues aux heures les plus chaudes\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Mettre \u00e0 disposition des personnels des moyens utiles de protection (ventilateur d\u2019appoint pour le bureau, brumisateurs d\u2019eau min\u00e9rale, par exemple) ;<\/li>\n<li>Mettre \u00e0 disposition de l\u2019eau potable fra\u00eeche\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Informer ses salari\u00e9s (permanents et occasionnels) des risques, moyens de pr\u00e9vention \u00e0 disposition, des signes\/ sympt\u00f4mes de chaleurs. Se reporter aux mod\u00e8les de fiches d\u2019accueil disponibles sur le site SGV\/Employeurs\/hygi\u00e8ne et s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n<li>Surveiller la temp\u00e9rature ambiante dans les bureaux.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le Code du travail, ou encore la Convention collective ne listent pas les obligations en la mati\u00e8re. Seule l\u2019obligation de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de r\u00e9sultat est l\u00e9gale. Tout ce qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de, rel\u00e8ve donc du bon sens de chacun et des am\u00e9nagements possibles en fonction de chaque exploitation.
